Bath: Fill your tub, add 3-10 drops of the essential oil and immerse your body for 10-20 minutes. Add epsom salt for aches and pain and breathe in
the aroma. You may add coconut oil, sweet almond oil or jojoba oils to the bath water.
Skincare: Add 1 drop of oil to each teaspoon of your massage oil and apply to body.
